Well done on the example set by volunteers from Kilkenny’s Presbyterian church. Get job done as always!
Only a few more weeks of clean-ups to go before Kilkenny City could win Tidy Towns (well we certainly think we deserve it!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Kilkenny is looking even more beautiful. Last Thursday evening KKB joined volunteers including many from the The Butts area to do a clean up around The Butts and Canices Church area. The area has been so well maintained that everyone arrived back before the hour was up as there was so little rubbish. THIS is the result that KKB is looking for. Well done to all involved

The Lions club Joined with the KKB to assist in a very successful clean up on Saturday 8th at 10.30am . The volunteers met at the Watershed car park just off the Boharnatownish road. The clean up was along the Ring road and lough boy areas of the City . The fantastic summer weather was appreciated by all !
Kilkenny City launches “bin it your way” for 2013. Chewing gum is one of the most difficult wastes to clean from our city streets. It is so easy to dispose of it in the bin or by using a gum pop. why not try it !
