A Kilkenny Hero

Posted on August 2, 2013 by KKB

One of Kilkenny’s unsung hero’s. Many of you may see Frank picking up litter around the Loughboy area on a regular basis. Regular group pick ups are organised by KKB but there are also an amazing handful of people who do pick ups individually in their own area. Thanks Frank for Keeping Kilkenny Beautiful!frankt
